We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. While we do not currently charge cancellation fees, sufficient notice allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other appointments.

For your safety, it is the client's responsibility to inform us prior to treatment of any:

• Allergies or skin sensitivities
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Medical conditions
• Recent cosmetic procedures
• Medications that may affect the skin
• Any implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers)
• Any health condition that may be affected by facial treatments, microcurrent technology, or other spa equipment

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment suitability and results.

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, health conditions, lifestyle factors, and adherence to aftercare advice. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed.

Certain treatments, including HydraFacial and suction-based facial therapies, may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, mild irritation, or, in rare cases, minor bruising. These effects are generally short-lived and resolve naturally.

Clients acknowledge these potential risks before proceeding with treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where we believe it may be unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client's best interests.

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major payment methods, including cash, EFTPOS, debit cards, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Any personal information provided during bookings or consultations will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

For the privacy and security of our business, the exact treatment address may not be publicly displayed. Full location details will be provided to confirmed clients upon booking.

By booking and attending an appointment, clients acknowledge that all treatments are undertaken voluntarily and at their own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
